I love this strip -- specifically, because of the storyline it begins.  I've been looking forward to starting this storyline for about three years, ever since it occurred to me that Aylia's coming-of-age ought to be quite a big deal for her.  If Aylia had been a commoner, she would have come of age at sixteen, the same age Kuralla was; however, being nobility, Aylia's had to wait till she turned twenty.  There are weird, archaic rationalizations behind this law, such as that noble adults have more responsibilities.
