Notice the flowers in Kuralla's hair in this strip?  I wanted her to have something a little fancy to show that this is some kind of celebration, so that's what I decided to do.  Unfortunately, Kuralla's hair is so dark and curly that it's hard to see them, even though it took forever to draw her hair with the flowers in it!  Oh, well; at least I went to the effort, and I think she looks cute with the flowers, even if it's only a temporary thing.
