This being the last strip Jocelyn was in, it leaves people with the impression that those two are going to be together for good.  But . . . a relationship based solely upon a love potion X fed two annoying people just to make them go away?  Nooooot likely to last.  Besides, as mentioned in the last strip, Jocelyn only stayed in human form for two weeks, and there's no way she would have stayed on land one second longer than she had to, even if the love potion hadn't worn off by then (which it, of course, had).
