Even in dire straits, Stefanee maintains her . . . sense of humor.  Of cousre, she knows nothing about the context, or she'd probably be a bit more sympathetic, but seeing someone show up hysterical with no explanation tends to make her go, "Oooh!  Easy victim!  Bothersome mode!"  By the way, in case I haven't mentioned it before, only humans can be affected by the Lycanthrope Curse -- Gorgons, mermaids, fairies, and dragons are all immune.  It was specifically aimed at humans.
