In case you can't tell, this takes place on the same day as the previous two strips -- and only one day after Strip #1,359.  Poor Aylia, having no idea that "this mutt" was planning to leave by the end of the day, anyway!  (Evil grin.)  I imagine Felincia was taking particular delight in tormenting her on her last day in the house, especially since it's rainy outside, so she couldn't alleviate her boredom by doing anything outside.  Oh, and in case you can't tell, Jenny's supposed to be staring out a window.
