(Snickers evilly.)  Remember Strip #337?  And Strip #349?  Aylia's mother tries to get her daughters to spend time with her, even if they both resist that idea vehemently every time she brings it up.  Of course, being rather brainless, Aylia's mother doesn't ever seem to notice that her daughters are less than eager to spend time with her . . . though I suspect that's because she refuses to see anything she doesn't want to see, both because she's afraid of being hurt and because she wants to live vicariously through them.
