In case you've forgotten, this was Aylia's original introduction to Valentine's Day -- not a positive one.  It occurred to me, as we neared the Valentine's Day story for this semester, that we never did get to see Loretta doing much for it the previous year, since Aylia and Jenny kept her busy all day.  Not that she'd had any special plans, but it would make sense that she had planned to do something.  And of course, now that she's got guys fighting over her, she'd have plans this year.  (Grin.)
