Linnea isn't unwilling to accept magic when it's shoved right in front of her face, unlike Sissy.  Now that the only alternate explanation Linnea can think of for her experience seems even more unlikely than magic existing, she's willing to accept that Aylia's assertions might be possible, after all.  She isn't thrilled with Aylia's chosen method for convincing her (casting magic on her without her permission), but hey, she was somewhat asking for it, and it isn't like she forbade Aylia to do so, either.
