I knew from the moment I created Linnea that she and Aylia would strike up camraderie immediately.  Linnea's lack of belief in magic is quite different from Sissy's -- Sissy refuses to believe anything that contradicts her predetermined worldview, which means she lives in a state of ridiculous denial sometimes.  Linnea, on the other hand, will believe anything that can be rationally proven to her, but it has to be proven first -- she won't accept anything on the force of anyone's convictions.
