In case you've forgotten who the tattooed guy is, that's Reg.  He was introduced in Strip #152, brought back in Strip #206, and introduced as a friend of Loretta's in Strip #433.  He's been trying to track Felincia down since the group date that started in Strip #145, never managing to find her because she didn't actually live in our world.  But now that she does, and she's even one of Loretta's roommates . . .
