The dragonslayer Cecelia refers to in this strip might be George, or it might not -- there are a lot of different dragonslayers out there, and most of them are rather incompentent, so it could be anyone from Dragoria, perhaps even someone from a different kingdom.  Dragoria's the kingdom that's most known for dragonslayers, but they're not the only kingdom with knights like that, unfortunately.
