Ugh, some of those panel lines look crooked.  -_-'  This is not a strip I'm very satisfied with, especially the last panel, but at least the first one turned out okay.  Poor King Richard -- it's only natural he'd feel horrified at the idea his daughter's going to be a dragon forever, especially since he's been living with the guilt that he caused her to become one in the first place for a year.  And Cecelia's always been his favorite of his two children, which would make it worse.
