You might have noticed Cecelia in Extra #37, if you've looked at the extras in the extras section.  She's the one down at the bottom of the picture, reading.  That's Cecelia as she used to look, when she was human.  She still looks like now, when she goes into human form -- except that she now has horns and a tail when she does so.  Dragons are one of the species who find shapeshifting difficult (fairies find it easy; humans find it moderately hard), and it shows.
