There are some students who would see Dron's opinion ("I don't care if I fail the whole class") as being frustratingly similar to Kurthan's ("I don't care if the whole class fails, as long as I don't have to teach them").  Dron's motives are, if anything, the opposite of Kurthan's, however.  Dron loves teaching, he has no problems with beginners, and he thrives with behavior-changed students.  They both have job security, however, Dron especially.  You can't fire a school founder, can you?
