I have no idea what Daria did after that whole conversation, but I'm sure she did a lot of other "interesting" things.  Daria's social graces are slightly lacking in quite a few fundamental ways -- she tends to say what she thinks without putting any thought into the implications of what she says.  While this can be little more exasperating with people who know her, it has the potential to seriously offend (or even terrify!) people who aren't familiar with her personality.  She's dense, but thankfully harmless.
