The thing is, it really seemed essential to have somebody react about this.  I mean, to us, who are used to Aylia and Aylia's family, the thought of King Richard paying somebody's tuition seems sensible, reasonably generous, and little more than that.  But to a common person -- like Chrinsy -- this is like going to a foreign country and then randomly running into someone hugely famous.  Aylia's never really thought much of royalty, since she grew up surrounded by it.  But most people react.
