Don't Felincia's parents look great?  (Grin.)  I had no idea, even going into this storyline, what they looked like, so their character designs were entirely spur-of-the-moment decisions.  Reg's mom's was particularly tricky, since I still hadn't figured out her personality completely, so I basically worked out her appearance and personality at the same time.  Reg's dad's appearance came naturally from his standard "workaholic lawyer" personality type.  (Laugh.)
