I have no idea what Relagor and Jorge are planning to do with those glowing rocks, but I'm sure it's devious and really irritating -- that, or just plain irritating.  Relagor isn't picky.  (Laugh.)  Now, I believe I've mentioned in a description somewhere that in Felincia's family, the three chief troublemakers are Davin, Relagor, and Lacey (she was mentioned in this strip).  Davin's a bully, and Relagor's a prankster, but they often work together.  Lacey, on the other hand, likes to cause trouble all on her own.
