It isn't like Stefanee's out to be a bully -- she doesn't want to harm anybody.  She just likes to be a mild pest, like a mosquito that buzzes around your ears and never actually tries to bite you.  But the more people try to swat her away, the more it encourages her to buzz louder and swoop in closer and closer, because clearly they're trying to encourage her to make them even more annoyed!  Because annoyance is so very funny!  Stefanee's attitude is a little strange.
