Yep, Felincia could have been able to tell that Aylia and X were related from the moment she met them -- but only if she'd been in wolf shape at the time!  Which she never was, till she moved in.  But that is how she knew about them being "obviously related" in Strip #822 -- neither Aylia nor X told her about that!  Though Felincia's also bright enough to be able to pick up on clues and put them together, though she tends to mind her own business about things she figures out.
