It took me awhile to figure out what I wanted Daria's new machine to do.  I actually had to sit and brainstorm ideas for about half an hour, after drawing the first two panels of this strip!  But it was worth it, because I think I came up with a very silly, Daria-like thing for her new machine to do.  (Grin.)  Oh, and this strip also shows Daria can still fly with her wings while in human form -- or hover, at least.  So of course a flood of water wouldn't bother her much!
