I've probably mentioned this before, but there's a huge difference between made werewolves and born werewolves.  Made werewolves have completely human minds as humans, and completely wolf minds as wolves.  Born werewolves have half-human and half-wolf minds, no matter which shape they're in.  Also, made werewolves can't bite humans to turn them into werewolves; only born werewolves can do that.  Made werewolves tend to be the ones to give the rest a bad name.
