Ah, Nicole!  Have you missed her?  We haven't seen her since Strip #576, I believe, so it's possible.  ;)  The punchline on this strip actually came from an extra I drew years ago, back when Nicole was still a roommate, but I couldn't put it online because it would be another year of comic strip time before the revelation came out.  By the way, the "Jimmy" Nicole's talking to may or may not be the "James" who's X's current lab partner -- you can decide.
