So now you know the reason X was dressed up as a witch back in Strip #121!  What, you thought she'd dress up in a costume on her own?  X really doesn't care about clothes, holidays, or much else besides her explosions and her family.  She may have even gotten dressed up in that costume when she did in Strip #121 because Alexis had just called to remind her she was supposed to -- that was back before Aylia met Alexis, after all.  This strip also references Strip #124, by the way.
