Introducing . . . a new main character!  (Dum dum dum . . .)  Well, she's not a super-main character, but yes, she is a roommate.  In case you didn't catch what Loretta's referring to in the third panel, it's the storyline from the first semester that began way back on Strip #57.  Loretta wasn't around when that storyline happened, of course, but she's probably heard about it from Jenny, since those two were sharing a room for a semester.
