Just in case I haven't mentioned this before, I should probably do so now: I see nothing wrong with Home Economics as a major. If someone really likes things like cooking and sewing and wants to learn how to do them better in college, that's cool. I have very little skill with cooking or sewing, and little interest in getting better at either, and Aylia's based on me. I have friends who are awesome at either, however, and I think they're great skills/art forms to study, if you like them.
