Victoria's really not as cranky as she may seem most of the time you see her.  She's just very sure of what she wants, and she's less tolerant than Aylia of interruptions (which is, come to think of it, saying a lot).  She also has a tendency to not respect people who aren't intelligent, too, which is one of her big faults, and the biggest reason she dislikes Lullela.  She also dislikes people who prefer the form of another species to their own -- like Lullela seems to.  And yes, she is a little bit of a snob.
