This strip was all Sharm's idea.  A few months before I started the wedding storyline, I was talking about what the Gorgon would do there, and mentioned that she would probably like the baby dragon.  Sharm's response to that was that the Gorgon wouldn't call him a baby dragon -- she'd just call him a baby.  I never would have thought of that on my own, but she was absolutely right!  The Gorgon doesn't even seem to notice species when she talks to people, after all.  This strip is so her!
