Children of prophecy do always cause problems as soon as they're officially revealed.  Before the official pronouncement that they're children of prophecy, they tend to be just normal people, but once it becomes officially revealed who they are, danger, disaster and adventures begin gravitating towards them.  Just look at any story with a child of prophecy in it, and you'll see what I mean!  So I decided to make that an assumed part of this world.
