I don't know if I've made this clear in the course of the story before, but Aylia really doesn't want to be a queen of Umbria.  She's seen the responsibility that position would entail, and having responsibility foisted on her isn't something she likes.  But after Albert's sister vanished, she would have become the second in line to the throne (from her generation, anyway), a thought which wouldn't thrill her.  So she is getting something out of helping Jenny prepare for the position!
