Yes, Alassa only has two roommates -- it may be more common to have two or four-person apartments or dorms in our world, but I think it's probably more common to have three-person ones in Aylia's -- or at least, in the magical school Alassa's currently attending.  And of course there's a good reason for Alassa having interesting roommates -- she manages to attract strange roommates in a completely different way from X!  :D
