I love the way Loretta turned out in the last panel!  I love it!  That was so hard to draw, and I did it so well!  (Preens.)  I've definitely improved from the start of the strip -- if you look back at the beginning few strips, I was a really awful artist.  Now, well, I'm getting better!  Which makes me very happy.  I'm hardly amazing, but at least my drawings are starting to look like an actual style, rather than a really bad rendition of a person.  (Grin.)
