Not all of Nicole's dates have to wind up in disaster -- in fact, there have been plenty not part of the storyline, because they just weren't relevant.  But she's always going out on dates, so really very few of them are disasters.  And the same goes for Jenny and Albert -- they've been on plenty of dates I've never drawn, because they wouldn't have been relevant (or even interesting, except to Jenny and Albert!).
