By the way, the woman you see here is not an RA -- there aren't any RAs in this strip, since the characters aren't living in the dorms, they're living in off-campus housing.  So the woman who's doing the inspections for them is their dorm mom, or apartment manager, or whatever else you want to call her -- anyway, she's the person they're responsible to for rent and obeying the aparmtent complex rules, and all that stuff.
