Meet another minor character I've had a lot of fun with!  He wasn't supposed to be a reoccuring minor character, but he wound up being one anyway.  I have quite a few characters who have done that, actually -- I intended for Diana to be a reoccuring minor character from the beginning, but there have been several other minor characters who were only supposed to show up once, and have insisted on coming back several times afterwards.  Go figure.
